Gone out and got nothing for myself
Just like any other women would felt when hubby disagree for a walk after dinner, I think I got grumpy and talked him into it, well.. not really talking him into it, it is more like making him in agreeing to go out for a walk. I just wanted to go and have a look around the block during night time and when there is another extra pair of hands to carry little Mer just in case he needs to be carried, plus another person that the boys can whine to instead of just me. So we did went out for a walk and somehow I managed to get some shirts and pants for the boys and their cousins, yippie..
Just like what Nonniewould do, I would normally go into cold war with hubby if he doesn’t agree with me on certain thing, and as for being reasonable, oh well.. that is just not me. Being too reasonable would be a torture for myself later. Same goes to being too considerate. Just like just now, I was being considerate for not stopping to look at clothes that caught my eyes, instead I keep on walking. So I ended up getting home without getting a single thing for myself and instead hubby said: “Why didn’t you stop us? ST****” What the heck, hey, if you are nice enough, you would have asked if I wanted to stop, right? But instead he were mile away and showing his sour face.
Anyway, as expected also la.. can’t buy things when shopping with men, especially nice clothes, oh and especially with my hubby.
Been there before but I went there again, this time with different purpose - to show dad how does it look like, rather than having him stay at home staring at the TV and had most of the time doing the reverse.
We started off our journey by taking the Tung Chung line to get to Ngong Ping cable car station.

Dad’s hometown actually is in “Tai Wo”. We have got a map from my uncle stating that we need to get to “Chai Kek”. Thus we took a taxi after the MTR ride.
We weren’t sure if we have pronounce the name of the destination right, but after enquired about it from the taxi driver, he also not sure and he said he can’t find the word in the Chinese dictionary. “Kek” is actually a Hakka pronounced word.
