Shocking news
I’ve always been thinking that Singapore is a very safe place, it is like believing that the crime rate is zero over there. To me it is clean, not so hot to walk down Orchard Road, city full of greens and it is basically safe to go anywhere. But it got a shock out of me when hubby called from Singapore just now telling me he got muck last night, hit on the face and was unconscious for don’t know how long till 4am awaken by cleaner. Found himself on a foreign bus stop far away from his hotel and the last place that he visited.
After launching a police report and since he has scare on his face, the police had to put him on medical check with drip, so he has been laying in the hospital bed for an hour. The wost is he can’t remember what happened when he passed out. He has lost his cash, fortunately his credit card and ATM are still intack except one foreign bank card.
I’m not sure where he stay, even if he tells me I’ll still not sure where about is that. Just thank God that he is safe and not badly injured.
On another account, my beautician just called up reminding me about my monthly facial appointment, which by the way for this month I’ll be getting some major discount as it is my birthday month, yay! So far I don’t have any pimple on my face, but she does have some recommended acne cream for my just in case situation *wink*

Oh no! What a bad luck. Hope he’s better now
He is, thank you for your concern. From hubby: “The scratch on my left eye bow. I can’t remember if I were on floor or wall that caused the scratch. Anyway, it’s not important now. I wish I can recall the incident. Well, even the immigration officer asked me what happen just now. Since no one queue up, so cerita sikit lor… She tot I injured in Malaysia. :p”
See? They also didn’t expected things to happen over there. I suppose we’ll have to be careful wherever we go, especially when alone.

Just a correction about the process of admitting to hospital. After I went to Orchard Road police post to file a report, the police office tried to take down some details. Seeing the scar on my face, the police office afraid that I might have bad injury on my head, so they call up ambulance to take me to the Singapore General Hospital. In less that 10 minutes, the ambulance came and medical officer come with wheel chair to take me up the ambulance. So, I ended up in the emergency unit for medical check up. I remember medical officer/doctor has repeatedly asked me questions such as:
1) If I were on medication
2) High blood pressure/heart problem
3) Medical allergic
From around 5:30 - 10:30, I think I have been taken blood pressure measurement for not less than 3x. I am sure the officer trying to make sure I don’t have serious head injury. The doctor gave me a drip around 6:00. I were also sent to clean my wound and treatment. Later, they just let me rest while having the drip.
A police lady came around 7:00 to take my statement, so I try to give details as much as possible, but I start to forget things after I woke up in the bus station. I can’t even recall the location. I fallen back to sleep after the statement was taken and signed. I was given the contact of the police office for future contact.
I woke up around 10:00, in order to check out from the hotel before 12:00, so I have requested the doctor if I can stop the drip and leave. After several questions and blood pressure being checked again, then I was allowed to leave.
Of course, I also need to pay for the medical fee of SGD90.00 (after government discount). With limited cash on hand, I found the casher accepted credit card payment was a release for me. Also get prescription from the hospital. So, I collected my medicine from the pharmacy before I leaved the hospital. I salute the professional handling process of police and medical officers whom I met.
There, from the man himself. So now he is having this scar on his left eye forehead corner *sigh*
