Red wine anyone?
Saturday, November 8th, 2008I always think that when you are having a meal and you have wine together with it, it will enhance the taste of whatever that you are having. Bear in mind that you should mix white meat with white wine and red meat with red wine. Not sure where I learnt that, but it is true. Red wine does go well more with red meat such as beef or lamb. White wine is for poultry and fish.
